copyrighted and intended for personal use only. The information you
receive, whether through the seminars, webinars, online video
recordings, online audio recording, or lecture notes shall not be
copied, duplicated, or distributed in any format or be used for teaching
without prior written consent from

Applicable Laws and Competence
The relationship between DLC
Consultant Group and the registrant will be exclusively governed
and construed in accordance with the laws of
New Jersey, USA.
If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial
relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the
Camden
New Jersey
jurisdiction.
Refund Policy
Payments for
webinars are refundable up to two weeks before the scheduled start of
the webinar. If you cancel your place on the webinar more than 14 days
before it is scheduled to take place, you will be refunded your original
payment less a 20% handling charge.
If you cancel
your place 14 days (or less) before the webinar, your payment is
non-refundable. You may substitute another person at any time before the
start of the webinar provided that they meet any advertised
prerequisites for the session. For security reasons you must immediately
inform
DLC Consultant Group of the full name and contact details
of the substitute person.
If the course
or workshop is cancelled by
DLC Consultant Group for any reason,
you will be refunded your original payment in full.
DLC Consultant Group is not liable for any travel, accommodation or other costs that
you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled webinar.
